Shiva Shankara is responsible for planning, managing, and executing full testing and commissioning procedures across a wide range of systems.

Jai Kumar supports the successful delivery of fire and security projects from planning through to completion. As a Project Manager, he assists in coordinating site activities, managing documentation, and ensuring timelines and quality standards are met across multiple installations.

Working closely with senior project managers, engineers, and site teams, Jai Kumar helps oversee projects involving fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder detection systems. With a growing technical background and a strong understanding of industry standards, he plays a key role in keeping projects on track and aligned with client.     

Fayaz manages the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, budgeting, and account reconciliation. With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, he supports both the finance team and clients to keep projects running smoothly and on budget. Fayaz is a key point of contact for billing queries, payment tracking, and financial reporting.  

Vijith is responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in full compliance with health and safety regulations. With a strong understanding of workplace safety standards and risk management, he works proactively to promote a safe working environment across all projects.

From conducting site inspections and toolbox talks to reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), Ronald plays a key role in maintaining safety culture, preventing incidents, and ensuring all team members operate within industry guidelines such as CDM, HSE, and company-specific policies.

Parvez oversees the day-to-day site operations, ensuring fire and security installations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. With hands-on experience and a strong understanding of system requirements and site coordination, he works closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to keep works on schedule and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Parvez plays a key role in supervising installations, managing site teams, and ensuring health & safety protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Ajad is a highly skilled Senior Technician with extensive hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, and commissioning of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. Known for technical precision and problem-solving, he ensures all systems are installed to specification and comply with relevant standards.

As a senior member of the technical team, Ajad also supports junior engineers, carries out system testing, and works closely with project managers to deliver high-quality, reliable installations across various sites.
