Position: Sales Engineer – Fire & Security Systems

We are looking for a driven, tech-savvy sales professional to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

​Key Responsibilities

​Identify & Close Opportunities: Drive B2B project sales for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CCTV, Access Control, and integrated security systems across the Bengaluru region.

​Client Relationship Management: 

Build and maintain strong relationships with local MEP consultants, contractors, builders, and corporate clients.

​Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements, conduct site surveys, and collaborate with the technical team to propose optimal solutions.

​Pipeline Management: Manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation and technical presentations to negotiation and closure.

​What We Are Looking For

​Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.

​Experience: 1–2 years of proven track record in Project Sales within the fire safety or electronic security industry.

​Skills: Strong technical understanding of building technologies, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate and commercial project market is a plus.

​Mindset: A self-starter with a passion for sales and hitting targets.
