Job Title: Business Development Executive – Fire and Security Systems
Location: Bengaluru
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Sales Manager / Divisional Head
CTC: 3.5-5 Lakhs Per Annum (Based on Experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our Fire and Security Systems division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a technical understanding of fire detection, alarm, suppression, and security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.), and the ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire and security industry.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, and referrals.
Meet with potential clients to understand their safety and security needs.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with the engineering and design teams for technical input.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.

🎯 Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of sales experience in the fire protection or security systems industry will be added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

💡 Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Existing client base in real estate,corporates,industrial, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
Technical knowledge of fire alarm panels, VESDA, gas suppression, CCTV, access control, etc.
Experience with B2B solution selling.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
